30x50x16 in Washougal, WA

Built in spring of 2022, this building is fully insulated with power, water and sewer connected.  We installed a 16' wide x 14' tall insulated power door and a 36" man door.  We also added 1' eave extensions.

This building is at 1050' in elevation in Skamania County where there is a 72lb snow load and 135mph wind speed requirement.  This structure was erected in 6 days after concrete was cured.
