Chris is deeply hands-on in every project, ensuring that each build is completed with the utmost honesty and integrity—his word and work is his bond. He also owns Sundance Rockery, where the company's rock products and local deliveries are sourced.

In 2022, Chris celebrated his 20th anniversary with his wife, Tracy, and together they have three incredible daughters. The family recently built their forever home in Washougal, where Chris continues to lead with dedication and pride, both in his professional and personal life.

Juan Ortiz is an experienced builder and steel fabricator with over 15 years of expertise in the field. A master builder and skillful leader, Juan hand-selects his team for their impeccable construction skills and dedication to delivering top-notch service on every project.
